Digital Content Curator 

Manage our digital publishing pipeline spanning blog, social media, video content and multimedia. You’ll work directly with our team of dumpster experts and dive instructors to develop robust, engaging content calendars filled with valuable how-tos, epic dives, product reviews, and thought leadership pieces.

Marketing & Growth Specialist 

Take our dumpster diving education and awareness initiatives to new heights through innovative marketing, advertising and audience growth strategies. You’ll analyze audience data, optimize campaigns, explore partnerships, manage ad spend, and get scrappy finding creative ways to attract more waste-conscious consumers.

Lead Dumpster Dive Instructor (Remote) 

Leverage your seasoned dumpster diving expertise to create and facilitate weekly virtual dive certification courses, webinars and training materials. You’ll serve as the world’s preeminent dumpster professor, using immersive online sessions to equip students worldwide with essential diving knowledge and skills.

Chief Diving Officer (HQ in San Francisco) 

Oversee all dumpster diving operations and ensure our “feet on the street” programs uphold our company’s integrity and policies. You’ll coordinate field teams, route planning, site assessments, equipment, donations processing, and safety/legal compliance for every dive. This high-energy role is perfect for a veteran diver able to provide top-notch leadership.

Dumpster Chef & Recipe Blogger (Bay Area Local) 

Transform dumpster finds into shockingly delectable feasts to highlight dumpster diving’s culinary possibilities. You’ll create original recipes, produce video tutorials, host dining experiences, and serve as our resident dumpster-to-table culinary authority. A refined palate and sustainable kitchen mastery are musts.
